Elon Musk Confirms X Set To Have The Ability For Video And Audio Call

1 years ago By Movies Desk

According to Elon Musk, users of all devices, including PCs, will be able to make video and audio calls using the X platform.

Additionally, Musk stated that the calling capability will function without requiring a phone number, making X the equivalent of the world’s address book. Like the other new features that have only been available to customers who pay for X Blue memberships, it’s likely that X will offer the upcoming enhancements to its paying users .

For a few months, Musk has been mentioning calling support for X. He explained that using calls on X would enable them to call anyone in the world without ever having to exchange phone numbers. He noted in his post on Thursday that the calling function will also function on Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows. Although he didn’t mention it, we anticipate the feature will work with iPads as well.

New choices have been added to X, some of which are available to everyone while the majority are targeted at X Blue users. Musk believes that enhancing X Blue’s features will attract more consumers who will be willing to pay for the service and believe it is worthwhile.

The possibility to receive payment from the platform if your postings reach a certain number of people on X, which might encourage interaction, is one of X Blue’s most exciting features. Through Threads, Meta attempted to compete with X, but after generating some initial interest, the program lost steam and was forced to the sidelines.
